My guess is that you know pretty much everything you need to know, both for your private and professional life! What a relief….
But my guess is also that you may not be using all this knowledge of yours as well as you could.
And if you are like so many people I have met, you may think that one of the weekdays is called “Someday” because you keep talking or thinking about everything you are going to do on this Someday.
And if you are not fighting the Someday-illness you may be fighting self-doubt or limiting beliefs.
Remind yourself of when you were about 4-7 years old and felt you could do anything – why did that change?
Did you allow other people to drag you down?
Claim your power and do everything you know you are capable of – which is probably even more than you allow yourself to believe today.
Other people drag you down because they are afraid – afraid of how they will look when you succeed!
One of the best ways to boost yourself to really go from decision to action and have all the success you are capable of having is a simple exercise you can do wherever and whenever suits you best – I recommend you do it at least daily.
I will show you how to do this exercise by telling you about Jessica.
Jessica is a person who has inspired people worldwide with a short video-clip published on YouTube in 2009.
She starts her day with affirmation on everything she likes and loves – and how can you not have a good day when it starts with that kind of thinking?
To be able to use all the opportunities you get and to be able to create even more and new opportunities for yourself with your choices you have to believe in yourself.
To work on that it is necessary to remind yourself of everything you like, love and are grateful for, because everything you put your attention to tends to grow.
Now the assignment for you this week is to start each day by taking a good moment to think about what you want to put your energy towards – what you want to grow and develop in your life, both in your private and professional life.
