How’s it going to get things done or to perform everything you have decided to do? Are you like the frog that decided to jump but then just sat still?
If you experience that you do less than you have decided to and your progress with your dreams is less than you know you are capable of then I would like to ask you to look at your energy level and how you are taking care of your energy.
What is your Physical Energy Level?
Are you getting enough sleep? Sleep is one of the things that too many people neglect. Sleep has impact on so many things in our lives. If you don’t take care of getting enough sleep then it is very likely that it will impact your performance, success and your diet.
Are you nourishing yourself in the right way? It’s not enough only to take care of getting enough energy, you have to think about if you are nourishing you in a good way.
To increase this energy you have to make sure that you are getting enough sleep and good nutrition.
What is your Emotional Energy Level?
How positive are you and how is your mindset?
Your mindset influences a lot your wellbeing and your energy level and how well you’re doing in getting things done and letting your dreams come true.
How is the mindset of those you interact the most with? Are those individuals positive and constructive, who fill you with energy or are they negative and depressing individuals, who decrease your energy level?
To increase this energy you need to think about with who you spend your time with.
What is your Mental Energy Level?
How well are you doing with completing your assignments? How organized are you in approaching your assignments? Are you doing well in working on your assignments and in a systematic and balanced way or is your mind all over the place and always responding to endless interruptions?
To increase this energy you need to think about how many things you are regularly responding to and whether you can somehow decrease that or control it – also how you organize yourself or control what you are dealing with at each time.
What is your Spiritual Energy Level?
How much are you aware of what really is important to you, what it is that nourishes you emotionally and makes you feel that you are the right person at the right place at the right time? What are your values and what do you want to stand for? Are you dealing with assignments that have true meaning for you?
To increase this energy you have to start by finding out what your values are or what matters the most to you and then find ways to live according to that.
I want to inspire you to take close look at:
- What is stopping you from putting everything you decide into an action and from letting your dreams come true? How much does it matter to you to change it?
- What gives you energy? What can you do to increase or renew your energy level? How can you work and live in a way that your energy increases and renews itself?
- What is decreasing your energy level? What can you do to fix or eliminate those factors?
- How much do you want to change this?
- What can you do today to increase your energy and to eliminate those factors that are eating up too much of it, so that you can perform more of the things you decide on and to let your dreams come true?
