There is no way for you to be your best all the time, but still…
Luckily you are human – and therefore not perfect!
That means that there will come times when you know you are not your best.
That may be because you are not doing your best to be your best.
Or it may be something that has to do with external factors.
Hopefully this counts only for like hours, or few days at most.
When those moments come just acknowledge them and feel them pass. If they don´t then you have to do something about the situation.
Don´t accept this kind of situation for too long, knowing that you are not your best. Whether it is about your health, finances, environment or relationships.
Be gentle and patient to yourself during those moments. But do not lose your ambition.
Do not accept yourself as anything less than you know you are capable of.
The easiest way for you to be your best
The easiest way for you to be your best is to go through the following 3 things.
- Define your best
What is it that you want to Be, Do or Have? Think about your Career, your Community and your Environment. Also your Finances, your Health and your Relationships. What is your best in all these elements of your 360° Success, in work and life?
Take time to think about this. Visualize how you want things to be, in all those areas. Write it down or make a vision-board. Just make sure to know what it is and how you define your best.
- Make a decision to do your best, to be your best
Knowing this is one thing. But have you really made a decision to go for it? Do you want your definition of best, to be the description of your life? If so then you need to make a decision.
- Turn your decision into an action
Making this decisions is quite easy. Then comes the sometimes harder, but more fun thing. To turn those decisions into actions.
What habits do you need to change?
What steps do you have to take?
What do you have to do? To make those decisions become your everyday life.
This may have to do with things at your home or your work. This may also be about things in your community or your environment. Not to mention your finances, your health and your relationships.
Sounds so terrible simple. But why make things more complicated than they are? Or than they have to be?
