I tend to get the feedback that I´m an inspiring, yet very practical, speaker and lecturer.
The number of presentations and lectures I have given for the past 15 years or so, for all kinds of organizations, are in the hundreds. And for thousands of individuals.
My largest audience so far was about 300 people.
Usually I give around 25-60 presentations and lectures a year, both in icelandic and english. In Iceland and other countries.
Most of my presentations are on Human Resources Management, How To Be A Better Manager, Self-Leadership, 360° Leadership, Heart-Based Leadership and 360° Success.
My background, both my MBA and 15+ years in the corporate world, doing Human Resources and Operations, holding VP and C-Suite positions, gives me a great foundation for my presentations and lectures.
It also gives me the insight needed, to make sure my presentations are motivating, practical and equipping my audiences with applicible ideas and tools.

My speaking and courses are in a way of 2 different kinds.
