Remember everything you achieved and experienced
As the last month of this year says hello I recommend you look at the plan you made about a year ago. The plan you made for this year. Where you wrote down everything you wanted to achieve this year, in work and life.
Use this plan to do two things:
- Be grateful for everything you learned, good and bad. Be grateful for the people you welcomed into your life. The people you have in your life. And the people you let go of.
- Reflect on your learning. On your memories. On your experiences. What do you want more of and what do you want less of?
- See if you still haven´t achieved everything you planned for. Is it because you changed your plan? Is it because you didn´t follow strongly enough up on your plan? Do you still want to do those things? Do you still have time to finish those things?
- Remember and celebrate everything you already achieved.
Start to meditate into next year
Now think about what your thoughts told you, when you were looking back on the last 11 or 12 months. Use those thoughts to build upon and start thinking about how you want your next year to be. I suggest you make 2016 your best year, so far!
Use this month well and start to meditate into this upcoming milestone. Take good time to meditate and listen to your thoughts. What are your thoughts and your heart are trying to tell you?
This is a good preparation before you start doing the fun new year´s stuff. Choosing your word for 2016. Making your vision-board or your new year´s resolution.
But above all, as you map up and plan your ongoing Success, please take time to relax.
Take time to enjoy everything you already have. Take time to acknowledge and enjoy everything you can be thankful for.
Because gratitude breeds Success.
