Think about what you are doing in your life, both your private and professional life.
Think about your daily habits and routines.
Think about the people around you and you spend most of your time with.
Think about how you are treating yourself.
Do your choices in life, your assignments, your co-workers and friends make you better or bitter?
Listen to your thoughts, your heart and the feeling in every cell of your body in different circumstances, in different assignments and around different people.
When do you feel what you are doing is making you better and when do you feel what you are doing might be making you bitter?
A friend of mine told me few weeks ago that she uses this when she is making decisions in her life; she makes her choices based on if she feels assignments, people or circumstances will make her better or bitter.
I found this amazing and have been trying this out since and it is amazing.
So simple and yet so powerful!
Now I want to encourage you to make two lists, one for the things in your life you feel are making you better and one for the things you feel are making you bitter.
Which one is longer?
How can you have more of what´s on the first list and less of what´s on the second list?
Remember you can make choices, you can decide and you take the actions – what will it be?
